Senior Health & Safety Advisor – Construction (South Dublin)

About the role

Our client, a Tier 1 construction contractor, is expanding and seeks a Senior Health & Safety Advisor to join the team in South Dublin. You will lead the implementation and monitoring of the company’s EHS Management System on residential construction projects, fostering a strong safety culture across site teams.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and monitor the EHS Management System on assigned projects.
• Promote a positive health and safety culture with site management, contractors, and workers.
• Conduct weekly inspections, generate reports, and ensure on‑site EHS compliance.
• Develop collaborative relationships with the wider project team.
• Coach site personnel on best‑practice EHS standards.

Required profile

• Recognised EHS degree or diploma (NEBOSH diploma or equivalent preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of health & safety experience in the residential construction sector.
• Previous construction experience is preferred.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
