Senior Health & Safety Advisor – Residential Projects

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Health & Safety Advisor to support a major residential development in South Dublin. Reporting to the Regional H&S Manager, you will lead the implementation and monitoring of our EHS Management System on site.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and monitor the company’s EHS Management System throughout the project.
• Promote a positive health and safety culture among site management, contractors and workers.
• Monitor on‑site EHS compliance and produce weekly inspections and reports.
• Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with the wider project team.
• Coach and influence the site team to adopt best‑practice EHS standards.

Required profile

• Recognised EHS degree or diploma (NEBOSH diploma or equivalent preferred).
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in health & safety roles within the residential construction sector.
• Proven experience on large‑scale construction projects.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
