Senior Health, Safety & Environment Advisor – Dublin

About the role

We are seeking experienced Health, Safety & Environment professionals to join leading Tier 1 and 2 construction contractors in Dublin. The positions cover senior leadership, advisory, and managerial responsibilities across commercial, residential, fit‑out, electrical, and apartment block projects.

Key responsibilities

• Lead health and safety initiatives on high‑profile construction sites.
• Provide expert advice to project teams on compliance with Irish H&S regulations.
• Develop and implement risk assessments, method statements, and safety plans.
• Monitor site activities to ensure safe working practices and incident reporting.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and client representatives to maintain a safe environment.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of health and safety experience in the construction industry (residential and commercial preferred).
• Valid driver’s licence for roles requiring travel between sites.
• Legal right to work in Ireland (valid visa if applicable).
