Senior Manager, EMEA Marketing

About the role

Clio is the global leader in legal AI and legal technology, serving customers in more than 130 countries. EMEA is a strategic growth region for the company, and as Senior Manager, EMEA Marketing you will lead the regional marketing strategy across key EMEA markets, driving awareness, demand generation, customer engagement and market expansion. Reporting to the Director of International Marketing, you will develop and execute regional growth plans, lead a team of marketing professionals and partner with Sales, Customer Success, Product Marketing, Brand, Communications and executives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the EMEA marketing strategy and regional growth plan, aligned to company growth targets and revenue goals
• Lead and develop a team of regional marketers across demand generation, field marketing and market-specific initiatives
• Build full-funnel marketing programs with Demand Generation leadership to drive pipeline, revenue growth and customer acquisition
• Strengthen brand awareness and market leadership through campaigns, events, partnerships, communications and thought leadership
• Own regional planning, budgeting, forecasting, performance reporting and resource allocation
• Partner with Sales, Product Marketing and Customer Success, and influence senior stakeholders
• Manage EMEA marketing budgets and establish performance measurement frameworks

Required profile

• 10+ years of marketing experience, with significant experience in B2B SaaS or technology environments
• 3+ years of people management experience leading marketing teams
• Proven track record of regional or international marketing strategies and measurable pipeline and revenue results
• Strong analytical and commercial acumen
• Bonus points for experience across multiple EMEA markets, legal technology or regulated industries, and familiarity with generative AI marketing tools
