Senior Project Architect – Healthcare

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Project Architect to lead healthcare and education projects from concept through construction. You will coordinate technical designs, ensure compliance with Irish Building Regulations and planning rules, and act as the primary liaison for clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead projects from initial design to completed construction.
• Coordinate technical designs and guarantee regulatory compliance.
• Serve as main contact for clients, consultants, contractors, and project teams.
• Oversee site inspections, monitor progress, and manage documentation.
• Maintain project schedules and keep all stakeholders informed.

Required profile

• 10+ years experience as a Project Architect.
• Expert knowledge of Irish Building Regulations, planning processes, and construction details.
• Strong experience in site inspection and project delivery.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
• Proven track record with local authority approvals and contract administration.

Required skills

• Proficient in Revit.
