Senior Project Manager – Civils & Rail Infrastructure

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead enabling works on a major civils and rail infrastructure programme in Dublin. The role is client‑side, responsible for managing contractors, overseeing PWC/NEC contracts and ensuring safe, compliant delivery in a live operational environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate contractors delivering civil and rail infrastructure works.
• Oversee PWC and NEC contract administration and compliance.
• Control programme schedules, budgets and change orders.
• Monitor and mitigate risks to ensure safe delivery.
• Maintain stakeholder and client communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in civil engineering or rail infrastructure project management.
• Background in enabling works, utilities or rail delivery, preferably client‑side or major contractor.
• Proven track record delivering projects under PWC or NEC contracts.
• Strong programme, cost and change management capabilities.
• Degree in Engineering, Construction or Project Management; chartership desirable.
