Senior Project Manager – Commercial Fit‑out & Refurbishment

About the role

This senior position leads the delivery of a flagship 75,000 sq ft energy refurbishment and fit‑out in Dublin city centre. The role offers full ownership of a high‑profile, technically demanding programme within a fast‑moving, collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Take full delivery accountability for the 75,000 sq ft energy refurbishment and fit‑out project, including building services upgrades, fabric refurbishment and commercial fit‑out works.
• Manage a portfolio of commercial fit‑out and building projects ranging from €1 million to €13 million.
• Coordinate precise sequencing, technical integration and stakeholder engagement, especially on specialist theatre and complex refurbishment projects.
• Oversee the complete delivery cycle, from design coordination to commissioning and handover.
• Collaborate closely with founders and senior leadership to ensure commercial and technical alignment.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience in commercial fit‑out, refurbishment or similar construction projects.
• Demonstrated ability to lead large, technically complex programmes with autonomy and accountability.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, capable of influencing at all project levels.
• Experience delivering projects of €1 million + value, preferably in the Dublin market.
