Senior Project Manager – Commercial Fit‑out & Refurbishment

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead a flagship 75,000 sq ft energy refurbishment and fit‑out project in Dublin city centre. This is the largest single project in our portfolio and offers full delivery ownership of a complex, high‑profile programme.

Key responsibilities

• Take full delivery accountability for the 75,000 sq ft energy refurbishment and fit‑out project.
• Oversee building services upgrades, fabric refurbishment and commercial fit‑out works.
• Manage the full delivery cycle across a portfolio of commercial fit‑out projects ranging from €1 million to €13 million.
• Coordinate technical sequencing and stakeholder engagement on specialist projects, including theatre fit‑outs.
• Collaborate with senior leadership and founders to ensure commercial and technical guidance.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience in commercial fit‑out, refurbishment or similar construction projects.
• Demonstrated ability to lead large, technically demanding programmes with autonomy and accountability.
• Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills across multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience delivering projects in the Dublin market is preferred.
