About the role
The Senior Project Manager – NASAH will act as the Contracting Entity’s representative, overseeing a portfolio of capital projects and noise‑insulation programmes from initial planning through design, construction and handover. The role ensures delivery is safe, on schedule, within budget and compliant with specifications, regulatory obligations and stakeholder commitments. The position requires four days on‑site in Dublin and one remote day per week.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee project delivery across schedule, cost, variations, contracts and risk, coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Develop, maintain and execute the Project Execution Plan in line with the Contracting Entity’s standards and governance.
- Maintain effective communication and collaboration with the Airport Transformation Manager throughout the project lifecycle.
- Lead and manage multidisciplinary project teams, ensuring alignment with employer requirements and environmental commitments.
- Monitor and report on programme performance, ensuring adherence to specifications and regulatory requirements.
Required profile
- Proven experience managing infrastructure, building and environmental improvement projects, preferably in the aviation or noise‑insulation sector.
- Strong understanding of capital project lifecycles, from planning to handover.
- Ability to work on‑site four days a week and manage remote activities.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
