Site Consultant – Southern Region (Munster & South Leinster)

About the role

The Site Consultant will provide technical and commercial support during the later stages of construction projects across Munster and South Leinster. You will work closely with architects, engineers, contractors and other stakeholders to protect and grow Saint‑Gobain system specifications for key brands such as Gyproc, Isover, Vetrotech and Ecophon.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver technical guidance and system recommendations during detailed design and construction phases.
• Support contractors and installers on‑site, ensuring compliance with specified systems.
• Identify and mitigate risks of specification loss and contribute to commercial negotiations.
• Develop upselling and cross‑selling opportunities throughout project execution.
• Maintain accurate CRM and project records and coordinate with internal technical and logistics teams.
• Resolve on‑site technical issues and issue warranties where required.
• Strengthen stakeholder relationships to generate repeat business and pipeline growth.

Required profile

• Proven track record of delivering sales results and strong commercial acumen.
• Ability to build, manage and convert a robust project pipeline.
• Excellent influencing skills with architects, engineers, contractors and other decision‑makers.
• Strategic thinker who can anticipate challenges and make informed decisions.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to foster trusted relationships.
