Site Manager – 200‑Unit Residential Development in Saggart

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to lead the construction of a brand‑new 200‑unit residential development in Saggart, Co. Dublin. You will join a well‑established residential developer and be responsible for delivering the project safely, on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all site activities from commencement through to practical completion.
• Coordinate subcontractors and on‑site personnel, ensuring effective communication and scheduling.
• Maintain health and safety standards at all times and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
• Monitor programme schedules, milestones and budget, reporting progress to senior management.
• Manage quality control, conduct inspections and ensure works meet specifications.
• Liaise with the Project Manager, design team and senior leadership.
• Maintain accurate site records, daily reports and documentation.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Site Manager on residential construction projects.
• Strong understanding of health and safety regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication and organisational abilities.
• Ability to manage subcontractors and coordinate multiple trades.
• Problem‑solving mindset and attention to detail.
• Relevant construction qualifications and certifications.
