Site Manager – €90k + Van – €4M School Renovation (South Dublin)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead a €4 million complete school renovation in South Dublin. The role involves overseeing day‑to‑day site operations for a two‑year high‑profile refurbishment, working closely with the client, architects, engineers and subcontractors.

Key responsibilities

• Direct daily site activities and ensure programme milestones are met.
• Manage and coordinate subcontractors and trade crews on‑site.
• Maintain regular liaison with clients, consultants and design teams.
• Enforce health & safety standards and quality control procedures.
• Handle site administration, reporting and documentation in line with BCAR requirements.
• Utilise construction management and reporting tools to monitor progress.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Site Manager on large construction or refurbishment projects.
• Strong organisational and communication abilities.
• Experience managing subcontractors and client relationships.
• Comfort with site paperwork, compliance and reporting systems.
• BCAR experience is essential.
