Site Manager – Residential Construction – North Dublin

About the role

We are partnering with a leading residential developer to recruit an experienced Site Manager for a large‑scale housing development in North Dublin. This role offers the chance to lead a dynamic site team, work with a strong pipeline of projects and progress your career within a well‑established organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily site operations for residential construction projects.
• Manage subcontractors, direct labour and on‑site teams to ensure productivity and safety.
• Coordinate with design and procurement teams to keep the project on schedule and within budget.
• Monitor quality standards and enforce compliance with Irish building regulations and health & safety legislation.
• Report progress, risks and financial performance to senior management.

Required profile

• Proven site management experience on residential construction projects.
• Strong background in managing subcontractors and site labour forces.
• In‑depth knowledge of Irish building regulations and health & safety standards.
• Ability to deliver projects on time, within budget and to high‑quality standards.
• Relevant construction qualification or trade background.
