Site Supervisor – Concrete Production

About the role

We are looking for a Site Supervisor to lead the day‑to‑day operations of our concrete production plant in Tullamore. Reporting to the Location Manager, you will ensure the plant runs safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain the highest standards of quality, health and safety across manufacturing and shipment.
• Oversee efficient crushing, screening and washing plant operations and production scheduling.
• Manage the schedule and performance of production maintenance activities.
• Monitor and maintain proper stock inventories.
• Lead by example on health‑and‑safety practices.

Required profile

• Positive, professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently, show initiative and adapt to a fast‑paced environment.
• Proven leadership and people‑management capability to supervise operators and contractors.

Required skills

• In‑depth knowledge of crushing, screening and washing plant operations.
• Fault finding and plant optimisation techniques.
• Preventative maintenance coordination and scheduling.
• Experience maximising plant throughput and efficiency.
• Understanding of QC/QA processes for building‑materials and quarry products.
