About the role

An established law firm with a growing Cork office is seeking qualified solicitors across several practice areas – Property, Commercial Litigation, Privacy, Banking and Employment. The firm offers a friendly, small‑to‑mid‑size culture combined with the resources of a large national and international client base. Flexible hybrid or remote working arrangements are available, with an expectation of roughly one day per week in the Cork office for candidates based elsewhere in Ireland.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality legal advice and representation in the assigned practice area.
• Manage client matters from inception to resolution, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.
• Develop and maintain client relationships, contributing to business growth.
• Collaborate with partners and other practice groups to deliver integrated solutions.
• Participate in firm initiatives, including knowledge sharing and mentorship.

Required profile

• Irish or UK qualified solicitor.
• Relevant post‑qualification experience: Property – 3+ years PQE up to Partner level; Commercial Litigation – 1‑3 years PQE; Privacy – 3+ years PQE (in‑house experience acceptable); Banking – senior level with strong local connections; Employment – senior level, ideally Partner.
• Willingness to work flexibly, with occasional on‑site presence in Cork.
• Demonstrated ability to develop a client following (for senior roles).
