Stability Coordinator – Manufacturing Site

About the role

The Carlow site supports the launch and commercial supply of vaccines, biologics and small‑molecule drug products. We are looking for a Stability Coordinator to drive the success of our Stability team, ensuring high standards of quality, compliance and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily, weekly and monthly stability activities, working closely with internal departments and external stakeholders.
• Lead daily workflows, assign tasks and improve efficiency across the team.
• Maintain capacity plans for resourcing and chamber management related to stability work.
• Support stability‑related investigations, meeting regulatory requirements and timelines.
• Enter and analyse stability test results from internal and external laboratories.
• Maintain and report metrics for the site Stability Program at key forums.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and relevant regulatory standards.
• Facilitate effective stakeholder communication to achieve stability objectives.
• Participate in the Lab Transformation programme to optimise and digitise processes.
• Champion continuous improvement initiatives such as standardised work and knowledge management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science or equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Demonstrated team‑lead experience.
• Essential experience in stability coordination.
• Excellent communication skills for building cross‑functional relationships.
