Staff Nurse – Gerontological & Convalescence Care

About the role

Curam Care Homes is seeking a compassionate Staff Nurse to join our team on Navan Road, Dublin 7. You will deliver holistic, person‑centred care to older adults, including those with dementia, Alzheimer’s and those requiring step‑down or convalescence support.

Key responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care in accordance with professional and ethical standards.
• Provide holistic, person‑centred care that promotes independence and enhances quality of life for residents.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver specialist services for older people, dementia care and convalescence.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and staff development activities.

Required profile

• Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI) or eligibility for registration.
• Newly qualified or graduate nurses will be considered.
• Experience in gerontological or dementia care is advantageous but not mandatory.
