Trades Foreperson

About the role

We are seeking a Trades Foreperson to lead the delivery of a large‑scale residential project in Oldtown. You will coordinate site staff and subcontractors, ensure work is sequenced correctly and maintain high standards of safety and quality.

Key responsibilities

• Assess work activities, plan resources and align with the site programme to meet deadlines.
• Manage and coordinate site staff and subcontractors on a daily basis.
• Liaise closely with the design team, Site Manager and other stakeholders.
• Complete the online daily site diary and weekly documentation in line with company policy.
• Carry out compliance, administration and performance recording for site operations.
• Provide training and technical advice to the site team.
• Plan tasks, organise plant and site facilities efficiently.
• Maintain a professional image with the public and stakeholders.
• Undertake ad‑hoc duties as required by the Company.

Required profile

• Degree, Higher Diploma, HETAC qualification or equivalent trade experience.
• Background in residential developments.
• Knowledge of the latest building regulations and certification standards.
• Strong sense of ownership, accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to lead, take initiative and work independently.
