Head of Finance – Senior Leadership Role

About the role

We are seeking a Head of Finance to join a privately‑owned market leader that is experiencing rapid expansion. This senior position will influence all financial decisions and help shape the company’s growth strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Month‑end and year‑end financial reporting
• Budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis
• Strategic analysis and insights for the C‑suite
• Financial analysis for new products and market opportunities
• Management of financial operations and cash‑flow forecasting
• Tax planning and compliance
• Commercial business partnering with internal and external stakeholders

Required profile

• Qualified accountant trained in a Big 4 or Top 10 practice
• Minimum 6 years post‑qualification experience in FMCG or other high‑growth sectors
• Strong commercial acumen and proven track record of operational excellence
• Ability to partner effectively with senior stakeholders
