About the role
We are seeking a proactive Human Resources Coordinator to join a fast‑moving global leader headquartered in Ireland. Based in North Dublin, you will work in a 50/50 hybrid model, supporting the full employee lifecycle and contributing to HR system implementation and employee engagement initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Participate in HRIS implementation, ensure data accuracy and generate insight reports.
- Partner with hiring managers on recruitment and lead onboarding/induction for new joiners.
- Maintain employee records for payroll processing and assist with pension administration.
- Serve as first point of contact for HR queries, advise on policies, and support disciplinary, grievance and investigation processes.
- Support employee engagement programmes, coordinate with the EAP provider and promote a positive workplace culture.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 + years of HR experience in a fast‑paced environment (FMCG experience preferred).
- Level 8 third‑level qualification in HR or a related business discipline.
- Strong knowledge of Irish employment legislation and experience handling employee‑relations cases.
- Proactive, resilient and able to manage multiple priorities during periods of change.
- Valid Irish driving licence.
Required skills
- Experience with HRIS platforms such as CoreHR, Workday or TMS.
- Hands‑on involvement in HRIS implementation projects.
