Learning and Development Partner

About the role

The Learning and Development Partner will design, deliver and evaluate high‑impact learning programmes across a global airport services organisation. Using evidence‑based design principles and digital learning platforms, you will create scalable experiences that support business strategy and drive performance.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders to assess capability gaps, set priorities and shape learning plans aligned with strategy.
• Design blended learning programmes using adult‑learning principles and a variety of development methods.
• Facilitate leadership, talent development and other L&D workshops and sessions.
• Own end‑to‑end programme design: define outcomes, create learner journeys, develop materials, pilot, iterate and embed learning into daily practice.
• Leverage learning tools and platforms to build digital content, enable self‑directed development and scale programmes.
• Manage learning initiatives from scope to evaluation, ensuring quality, timelines and measurable outcomes.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 + years of experience in talent and development within a fast‑paced, global environment.
• Proven ability to partner with business leaders and build strong relationships.
• Demonstrated expertise in designing and delivering bespoke programmes across multiple business areas.
• Strong facilitation skills for leadership and talent development programmes.
• Excellent stakeholder management and consulting skills, with experience influencing senior leaders.
• Knowledge of best‑practice learning design, evaluation and emerging L&D trends.
• Experience in programme and project management, including governance and supplier management.
• Business‑focused, pragmatic, collaborative and outcome‑oriented.
