About the role
We are seeking a Legal Secretary to provide high‑quality administrative and secretarial support to solicitors within a well‑established legal practice. You will work on a variety of legal matters, ensuring smooth office operations and excellent client service.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with probate and estate administration matters.
- Support all aspects of conveyancing transactions.
- Manage client files and maintain accurate records.
- Undertake general office duties as required.
Required profile
- Previous experience in a Legal Secretary or similar legal support role.
- Strong organisational and time‑management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and use initiative.
- Professional, courteous, and client‑focused approach.
- Experience in conveyancing and/or probate is advantageous.
