About the role
We are looking for a professional and personable part‑time receptionist to join our South Dublin office on a 15‑hour‑per‑week basis. The role is the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing a welcoming and efficient experience in a fast‑paced corporate environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the front desk and greet visitors, directing them appropriately.
- Answer, screen and forward telephone calls.
- Maintain and organise meeting‑room bookings.
- Handle incoming and outgoing post and deliveries.
- Keep reception and surrounding office areas tidy and presentable.
- Provide general administrative support and assist internal teams as required.
- Provide cover for the full‑time receptionist during periods of annual leave, potentially working full‑time hours when needed.
Required profile
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Professional demeanor and customer‑service orientation.
- Previous experience in a similar receptionist or front‑desk role.
