About the role

Salesforce is looking for a motivated SMB Account Executive who will focus on the French‑speaking small‑ and medium‑business market. Based in Dublin, you will help French companies adopt AI‑powered CRM solutions and drive revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

  • Prospect, qualify, and close new SMB customers in the French market.
  • Present Salesforce’s AI CRM platform, highlighting data‑driven benefits.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision‑makers and influencers.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to tailor solutions to customer needs.
  • Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets and report pipeline activity.

Required profile

  • Full professional fluency in French and English.
  • Proven experience selling technology or SaaS solutions to SMB customers.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Willingness to work in a hybrid model from the Dublin office.

Required skills

  • Experience with Salesforce CRM platform.
