Store Manager – Farm & Home Retail

About the role

Kinisla is seeking a Store Manager for its Bella Cross Farm & Home store. You will lead daily operations, support customers in‑person and via phone or email, and ensure the store meets sales and service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service and handle enquiries by phone and email.
• Collect outstanding payments and manage cash handling.
• Control stock, merchandise products and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Drive sales growth and achieve store targets.
• Maintain health, safety and retail‑excellence standards.
• Oversee housekeeping of the store and yard areas.
• Develop new ideas to expand the business.
• Manage inbound and outbound deliveries.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a similar retail environment.
• Strong customer‑management and commercial abilities.
• Ability to work independently and lead a store team.
