About the role

We are partnering with a leading architectural practice to hire an Architect for its Dublin office. The role focuses on large‑scale residential and hospitality projects within a BIM‑led environment, emphasizing later RIBA stages, technical detailing, coordination and site delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Develop detailed construction documentation using Revit.
• Coordinate BIM models and multidisciplinary teams.
• Provide technical solutions for residential and hospitality projects.
• Manage coordination and detailing during later RIBA stages.
• Support site delivery and construction phases.

Required profile

• Strong Revit and BIM coordination experience.
• Background in residential and hospitality projects.
• Experience on UK or Irish projects.
• Proven technical delivery and detailing abilities.
• Portfolio demonstrating technical project work.
