About the role
We are partnering with a leading architectural practice to hire an Architect for its Dublin office. The role focuses on large‑scale residential and hospitality projects within a BIM‑led environment, emphasizing later RIBA stages, technical detailing, coordination and site delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Develop detailed construction documentation using Revit.
- Coordinate BIM models and multidisciplinary teams.
- Provide technical solutions for residential and hospitality projects.
- Manage coordination and detailing during later RIBA stages.
- Support site delivery and construction phases.
Required profile
- Strong Revit and BIM coordination experience.
- Background in residential and hospitality projects.
- Experience on UK or Irish projects.
- Proven technical delivery and detailing abilities.
- Portfolio demonstrating technical project work.
