SCM Lead – Oracle Fusion (Technology Consulting)

About the role

We are looking for a strategic SCM Lead with deep expertise in Oracle Fusion SCM to drive the growth and delivery of our Fusion Centre of Excellence. The role will lead solution design, business development and team expansion while reporting to the Head of the Oracle Fusion Centre.

Key responsibilities

• Lead SCM solution design for proposals, RFPs and major bids, aligning with client needs and market trends.
• Identify and develop opportunities across sectors such as public sector, retail, pharma, manufacturing and utilities.
• Build and scale a Fusion SCM consulting team, creating certification pathways across key modules.
• Develop packaged SCM offerings, reusable assets and integration patterns (WMS, TMS, 3PL, POS, MES).
• Act as Lead Solution Architect for Fusion SCM engagements, ensuring quality delivery, testing, cut‑over and post‑go‑live optimisation.

Required profile

• 8‑10+ years of experience in Oracle SCM (EBS or Fusion) with at least 3 years delivering Fusion Cloud SCM projects.
• Proven track record of designing and delivering multi‑module SCM transformations.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to shape deals and build business cases.

Required skills

• Oracle Fusion SCM (Procurement Cloud, Inventory, Cost Management, Manufacturing, Order Management, Planning – S&OP, Demand, Supply, Logistics).
• Power BI and Snowflake for analytics and reporting.
• Integration experience with WMS, TMS, 3PL, POS and MES systems.
