Senior Field Marketing Manager

About the role

Clio, a global leader in legal AI technology, is looking for a Senior Field Marketing Manager in Dublin. The role connects with customers and prospects through field marketing programs, webinars and virtual events, working with Demand Generation and collaborating with Sales, Customer Success and other marketing teams. It covers strategy, campaign management, customer engagement, event delivery and partnership development.

Key responsibilities

• Help create and run a regional field and customer marketing strategy for the UK/Ireland, and contribute to annual and quarterly marketing planning
• Plan, coordinate and manage multi-channel campaigns combining field events, webinars and digital engagement, with budgets, calendars and performance tracking
• Analyse campaign results and give actionable insights to improve engagement and conversion
• Build customer relationships through webinars, customer stories and community events, and keep customers informed through digital and in-person touchpoints
• Deliver field marketing initiatives such as trade shows, partner activations and regional events, and lead webinars and virtual events end to end
• Develop regional partnerships with legal associations, technology partners and industry influencers, and co-create joint campaigns and events
• Work with Sales, Channel and Marketing teams, and with the content and PR agency, and report on performance using Salesforce and Looker

Required profile

• 7-10 years of marketing experience, ideally in B2B SaaS or tech
• Hands-on experience running field marketing programs, webinars and virtual events, and delivering large-scale regional events
• Proven cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Customer Success and external partners
• Comfortable using data to measure and optimise marketing performance
• Willing to travel occasionally (up to 40%) for regional events
• Bonus: legal industry knowledge and familiarity with Asana, Salesforce and Looker
