About the role

Our client, an established law firm with a growing Cork office, is seeking qualified solicitors across several practice areas. The firm offers a friendly, small‑to‑mid‑size culture combined with the resources of a large national and international practice. Flexible hybrid or remote working arrangements are available, with an expectation of occasional office presence.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality legal advice and representation in your specialist area (real estate, commercial litigation, privacy, banking or employment).
• Manage client matters from inception to resolution, including drafting documents, negotiating settlements and appearing in court where required.
• Develop and maintain client relationships, contributing to the firm’s business development goals.
• Collaborate with partners and other practice groups to deliver integrated solutions.
• Participate in firm initiatives such as knowledge sharing and mentorship.

Required profile

• Qualified solicitor in Ireland or the United Kingdom.
• Minimum 3 years post‑qualification experience (senior banking role may require a more senior profile).
• Ability to work independently with occasional on‑site attendance (approximately one day per week).
• Strong client‑facing skills and a track record of developing a client base.
