About the role
A fantastic opportunity for an organised and detail‑focused Administrator to join a friendly, collaborative organisation in Dublin 12. You will support the membership team by handling all administrative aspects of the membership function, combining customer service, operations and sales in a fast‑paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage incoming and outgoing calls, assisting members with queries.
- Process and record member payments in the membership database.
- Maintain, verify, and update accurate member records.
- Assist with monthly membership communications and collateral.
- Liaise with internal teams such as IT and Marketing, and external service providers.
Required profile
- 2+ years’ experience in a similar administrative role (preferred).
- Highly organised, enthusiastic and self‑motivated.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines.
- Team player who can also work independently.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with Microsoft Teams.
- Familiarity with database/file‑sharing systems.
